Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hello Roanoke. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at genya@helloroanokeva.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and all tags and labels must be attached. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
